THE VALUE OF YOGA THERAPY

Yoga Therapy is a practice of integration. It aims to find the areas of vulnerability and give support. One of the fundamental principals behind the practice is that there is no assumed disease. Each and every person is assumed to be complete.
Although Yoga Therapy works from a different perspective than our most common Western paradigm, there is no inherent contraindication. We work with you 'where you are'. We welcome all bodies in all phases of health and intend to provide lifelong tools to keep you on that path.
